Data collected through this site's forms (contact, partnership, nearshore request, opportunity registration, resource download, emergency) is used exclusively to respond to the request made, qualify a need, and, where applicable, prepare a commercial proposal.
Processing is based on EBH Security's legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to it, or on the performance of pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject.
Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then archived according to the legal retention periods applicable where a contractual relationship is established.
