Monthly staff-augmentation

One or more profiles are made available and billed by time spent, on a renewable monthly basis.

  • Engagement renewed month by month, with an agreed notice period for any disengagement
  • Regular activity reporting sent to your team
  • The volume of days can be adjusted based on your workload

Fixed-price project

Scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined upfront in a proposal, billed as a fixed price.

  • Requirements jointly validated before kickoff
  • Interim milestones with progress checkpoints
  • Any scope change is covered by a priced amendment

On-call backup

Reinforcement capacity is mobilizable outside your usual coverage hours, extending your coverage without hiring in-house.

  • Availability windows defined contractually
  • Billing based on reserved availability and time actually mobilized
  • Coordination with your in-house team through an agreed escalation procedure

Dedicated team

A stable team is assigned exclusively to your organization for the duration of the contract, with continuity of profiles over time.

Progressive skills transfer

Our teams support the upskilling of your in-house teams, with our involvement progressively and deliberately reduced.
